Seville Orange & Whisky Marmalade

This organic medium cut marmalade is handmade in Somerset. It is produced in small batches, to our own exclusive recipe with generous portions of Seville oranges and cane sugar, with an added measure of whisky. The fruits are cooked slowly in copper kettles to preserve their sweet flavour and juicy texture.
